BUT...I bet he got all your calls, messages, faxes, emails, whatever. He is just ignoring them. What makes you think he is going to respond to this? No need to inform him ahead of time of your incoming letter, he will get it. I know you're pissed, as I would be in your situation. But posting this here isn't going to solve your problem any quicker. If it was a warning to all the members, that's one thing. But this is a personal message to someone who has been ignoring you otherwise. Take legal action. Thats the only thing you can do.
